Guillermo Balseca

Guillermo is a native of the great state of New York who was born in the Bronx, and has lived all around the State over the years. Those areas include Queens, Brooklyn, Albany, Manhattan. He currently resides on the North Shore of Long Island, in the Historic Town of Oyster Bay. He specialized in rentals throughout NYC and brought his clients a wealth of knowledge of the different neighborhoods, as well as the property offerings available to them in the current market. He now brings the same wealth of knowledge, along with now specializing in residential and commercial markets to his current Buyers and Sellers. “Renting and Buying in this State is not an easy task, but I put in all the effort necessary to get the job done and exceed all expectations. There are many options and moving parts to secure the right and best investment, but I work hard on your behalf and make your needs a priority.” Extremely focused, patient and determined, Guillermo will go the extra mile. He has done so by being a 10-year United States Marine Corps Veteran, as well as in the fast-paced world of television and event production. Guillermo studied Criminal Justice at Monroe College and received a Screen Writing Certification at New York Film Academy. He speaks Spanish fluently, and enjoys hiking, dining, travel, and researching in his free time.
