Michael Finnigan

Born and educated in New York City, Michael studied Professional Photography at The School of Visual Arts, becoming an award-winning photographer whose photos appeared on many magazine covers and in The NY Times. His corporate client list includes McDonalds, Marriott Hotels, and the NY Yankees. Creativity, people skills and referrals lead to opportunities for assignments photographing such notables as Senator Ted Kennedy and Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel. “Being a Finnigan, one of my career highlights was as the official photographer of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Fifth Avenue.” Photography acquainted him with architects, designers, and decorators who often consult Michael, both for his knowledge and eye for detail, qualities which enhance him as a realtor. Having overseen the design and construction of his family home, he is currently residing in and restoring an 1893 Victorian House in the Village of Tarrytown. “It’s rewarding, getting the details correct, down to glass doorknobs and ornate hinges not caked with paint.” Michael is an expert negotiator, a skill developed from his earliest self-employment through his television & marketing experience selling advertising for: HGTV, Food Network, TNT, USA, Lifetime, CNBC and ESPN.
