Jose Romano

Jose’s appreciation for developing long-lasting relationships, love for

New York City and passion for cultivating community engagement led

to his career transition into residential real estate. He believes trust,

loyalty, and confidence are the main elements to building the ultimate

foundation with his clients.

Jose has more than fifteen years of experience in both the private and

public sectors. His extensive career in economic development allowed

him to serve four gubernatorial administrations in Florida, Texas and

Kansas. Additionally, he has represented various corporate executives

as a site selector and commercial real estate professional.

Jose’s affinity for community and culture stem from his Spanish roots.

He is a first-generation American, born to parents of Spanish

nationality. He attributes his work ethic to the triumphant struggles he

witnessed from his parents. He enjoys learning about history, traveling

to new destinations, enhancing his culinary skills, and giving back by

volunteering with various non-profits in the city.
