Murad Baskerville

Murad was born in Atlantic City, NJ and fell in love with New York City while spending summers with his family in Harlem. He attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and has been in the city since. As an elite athlete, health and fitness play a big role in his life, both personally and professionally. He is an avid runner with a current mile time of 4:59, enjoys kickboxing and works with private clients as a professional trainer to help them achieve their goals. Along with this, he is a track & field, cross country and swimming coach at one of the most prestigious private high schools in NYC. As a real estate professional, Murad leverages his background to provide clients with a work ethic, a level of discipline and goal-focused actions that is hard to match. He believes in the team approach and has positioned himself with the top professionals in the industry, providing his clients with a one-stop shop for all of their real estate needs. Murad is a member of The Abounader Team, which has closed hundreds of sales and rental deals throughout the city, including multi-family homes, pre-war co-ops, loft conversions, multi-million-dollar new development condominiums, townhouses and more, making them top-producers. Murad enjoys puzzles, word games and is a member of a local book club and running club. He is well travelled throughout the U.S. and Europe, but always loves coming home to NYC.
