Alberto Pierre

Alberto is a NYC native who specializes in Brooklyn real estate but is an expert in many neighborhoods. Performing allowed him to make a name in several communities and boroughs, from Sheepshead Bay to Dykman to the Bronx, forming relationships with a diverse clientele. Having lived in Flatbush, East Flatbush, Harlem, Bensonhurst, and Sheepshead Bay, Alberto has a passion for the city and enjoys being a guide to help clients find the home and location that fits them best.

A graduate of City College of NY with a BA in Psychology, this international recording artist was also an NBC “The Voice” semifinalist under the moniker “ZAXAI.” In addition, the founder of his international private entertainment company, “Xrown & Jubilee”.

Alberto still performs for luxury and corporate events around the city and the world. His most recent accolade, performing for Quincy Jones Lounge in Dubai for 6 months where he not only performed but also infiltrated the real estate market. He speaks Haitian Creole and English fluently and loves playing basketball, bike riding, and reading in his free time. Alberto additionally volunteers at Brookdale Hospital when he can, and for many local nonprofits as well such as Teach for America, Make a Wish Foundation, E-Courage Kids, and others.
