Esther Choi

Esther's journey in real estate began in the aftermath of 9/11 when she was compelled to reassess her career path. Having previously enjoyed success in the Garment industry, Esther found herself walking for five hours in heels while pregnant with her first child to escape the danger of lower Manhattan. This experience prompted her to give back to the real estate industry by inspiring and guiding other professionals.

With over two decades of experience, Esther has become a highly-regarded real estate trainer, motivational speaker, coach, and mentor. Her contributions include opening four successful offices in the NY metro area, founding the first KW office in the NY Metro region, and being named one of the top 10 CEOs in the company. Esther's leadership led to the launch of two additional KW agencies and the recruitment of over 1,000 agents. During her tenure at Keller Williams Realty, the company became the world's largest real estate firm by agent count, sales volume, and units sold.

As the owner and broker of Integrity Core Realty, Esther remains passionate about teaching, coaching, and mentoring real estate agents to success. She firmly believes that mindset plays a critical role in real estate sales and focuses her coaching on building agents' strengths in this area. Her commitment to excellence and integrity has enabled her to build a thriving business serving the Long Island and NY metro area.
