Zac Gazzard

After a distinguished career working with some of New York’s top real estate brokerages, including Compass, Zac launched his own real estate brokerage, Big Zapple in 2023. The most important metric of the value of Zac Gazzard’s work has always been how much it improves the lives of his clients. A seasoned agent working with both sellers and buyers, Zac’s business model is centered on his client’s preparedness and fluency in the product in order to execute the deal in an efficient and seamless manner. Zac’s background offers him a unique perspective on life and a creative approach to his transactions, which has given his customers an upper hand in comparison to standard practices.

Zac Gazzard was born into a real estate family. Some of his earliest childhood memories were putting up “for sale” signs to assist his father, who owned and managed a real estate business in his hometown of Sydney, Australia.

Zac’s over 8 years of experience as an attorney, working with retail and institutional investors in federal securities (stock market) cases has well prepared him to provide exceptional attention to detail when delivering options for his real estate clients. Zac’s warm personality, detailed explanation of options, and drive to achieve excellence are what distinguish him.

His love for real estate came from his passion to help others achieve their goals and dreams in what he believes is the greatest city in the world, New York City.

When not assisting clients, Zac enjoys running many laps of central park, competing in triathlons, playing tennis, travelling (most recently having travelled to Mexico and South America) and socializing with friends.
