The livingroom has a large chaise lounge, coffee table and projector TV. The kitchen features an island with two stools, electric stovetop and a dishwasher. Essential cooking equipment will be provided, but no food or sundries. The patio is two levels with plenty of seating and an 8 person teak table. There are a few planter boxes that you are free to use.

The basement rec room has been converted into a bedroom. The basement has it’s own entrance, half bathroom, queen bed, projector, small subterranean patio with bistro chairs and 7’ long couch.

Pets will be accepted on a case by case basis. Security and First month is required, no fee!
