The gallery leads to the impressive great room which currently accommodates office and entertainment areas. The open kitchen with stone counters, dishwasher, Miele oven and Gaggeneau range can service a catered event or simple weekend brunch. The second floor houses the master bedroom and living suite with two walk-in closets and bath fitted with antique brass fixtures, double sinks and Gerber soaking tub. The second floor library offers omniscient views of the entertaining and work spaces below. Other features include exposed brick, arch work and original ceiling medallions combined with updated and leveled hardwood floors, custom shelving, recessed and track lighting. All this in the Fluxus loft where the SoHo residential transformation began. Central A/C permitted. This is a creative live-work co-op with flexible partial commercial, professional and studio uses.
