This apartment requires board approval, which is basically the same as a rental application + letters of reference with an interview. If the board approves the application there is a $300 processing fee, but the owner will deduct that from the 1st month’s rent. There is also an extra $500 move in/out deposit, refunded like security after moveout. The board values stability; the owner requires excellent credit + 40-50k income, and the whole process should take 1-2 weeks.
