APPLICATION PROCESS:
-$20.00 application fee
This fee is per both applicant and guarantors wherever necessary
-Closing funds (after the lease is signed): first month’s rent + a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent

CARD USAGE FEES:
While we encourage our renters to link their preferred bank account, as that has no associated fees, they are welcome to link their debit or credit card after becoming a resident. These incur different fees based upon the amounts.
-Debit card fee: $3.95 for payments up to $999.99
-Debit card fee: $4.95 for payments greater than $999.99 and up to $1,999.99
-Debit card fee: $9.95 for all payments greater than $1,999.99
-Credit card fee: 2.95% per transaction
