Initially the applicant will have to create an account online on the building’s site , submit digitally all the documents that are required and pay the co-op fees . The board takes about 2-3 weeks to arrange a zoom meeting for the interview.
After the interview is done the tenant will pay the security deposit $1,307 ($493 credit) , $1,800 broker fee and $1,800 1st month rent .
