The School House is ten-minute walk to the subway, where you can catch the F/J/M/Z lines at Delancey/Essex, the F at East Broadway, the B/D at Grand or J/Z at Bowery. The School House is pet friendly building (both cats and dogs). The deposit for a pet is $500 up approval. No brokerage fee, just a $75 application fee. Also, shares are not allowed.
