We are looking for someone to take over our lease in our beautiful apartment. It is a great apartment and we are sad to have to move. Available starting December 1, 2013 but we are very flexible with the dates (can be January 1st or later as well). The lease ends on August 31st 2014 and can be easily renewed for another year.

The apartment: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a balcony. Lots of storage space, washer and dryer in the apartment, over 1000 sq ft, large rooms, lots of sun lights.

The neighborhood: downtown Brooklyn, right in between Brooklyn heights, Boerum hill, and Fort Greene. A/C/G train is directly under the building, 2/3 are 1 block away and the B, D, F, N, Q, R, 4, 5 are just a few blocks away. Brooklyn fare grocery store is right across the street.
