The Townsway at 145 East 27th St. #9

My family and I are relocating to a larger apartment. We have out grown our great X-large 1 bedroom in a full-time doorman building located on 27th Street between Lex and 3rd Ave., the 6 train is a block away.

The apartment is located on the 9th floor, with a southern exposure, which gets great sun all day, which is very nice with the balcony.

The bedroom is large enough for a queen size bed, crib & rocking chair, it has huge his & her closets as well. There are also 3 very large hallway/linen closets.

The dining alcove is large enough for a table of 8, which we had until we had the baby. Pass through kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher.

The building isn’t fancy, it has roof access, and laundry in the basement. We are looking for someone to take over our lease until April 2015 with the option to resign with the landlord.
