This is a LEASE TRANSFER. We just renewed our lease this past August but now need to move for work/growing family. We can transfer our lease to you (you just need to pass a credit check from the building) anytime between Dec 1 – Jan 1 and you will assume the lease from then until Aug 31 (at which time you will have an option to renew).

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with a dining alcove on the 16th Floor (it is very quiet and you will not hear any street noise whatsoever). The living room is absolutely gigantic – 17′ × 15.5′. The alcove is connected to and IN ADDITION to the 17′ × 15.5′ living room which can be used for dining or home office. Total apmt is 550 sq ft. The kitchen has granite countertops and ceramic tile flooring. Note that there are three pics of the living room – 2 with our couch and 1 without (we just sold it) but they are all pics of the SAME ROOM.

The building is Murray Hill Manor – its a luxury 24-hour doorman building at 34th and 3rd. Duane reade, really good restaurants, D’agastino, Food Emporium, Gristedes, 456 lines are all within two blocks. Building has 24/7 doorman, really nice roof deck, in house dry cleaning, and live in super. Laundry is in the basement (plenty of machines – almost never a wait).

The rent is $3100 (no fee). We have negotiated an extremely low monthly rent of $3100 which the new tenant would inherit (The other units in our line are going for $3300-3400). As a bonus you will also get to keep our really nice blinds which we bought, custom-fit and installed ourselves but won’t be taking with us.
