THE GUEST ROOMS:
Located on the opposite side of the apartment from the “Suite”, the main bedroom (full size bed) is a spacious area in a country style setting. A full size desk creates a private workspace in addition to the larger office room.

The second guest room offers a twin bed and full size futon style bed, a small corner desk area and three large windows with our amazing view up the mountain! TV w DVR player and wireless.

THE COUNTRY KITCHEN:
Rustic style kitchen with all appliances are there; microwave, toaster oven, juicer…the basics plus. For the serious cook and for every day use.

THE LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM;
We just love the electric fireplace; a bit of warmth and a wonderful glow sets a mood of total relaxation. Cozy and comfortable, and a great place to watch the HD TV, a movie (we offer a library of DVDs) or the sunset outside! Its so nice to see ‘sky’ in NYC…

THE CORPORATE OFFICE:
Actually, this is a 4 bedroom apartment – huge – but this room, equal in size to the living room, is now a fully appointed office and ideal for corporate or client meetings: two large ‘desk’ tables and a conference table that seats 6, plus a work center with fax, scanner, printer, desktop MAC with guest log in, hard line phone and other ‘necessities’ . We use it for our presentations and partner meetings when we all connect in NYC – our ‘think tank’ environment.

The property has security cameras and an on-site Super, a fully (immaculate) laundry room across the courtyard and is wheelchair accessible.
