Recently Astoria was named one of “The 50 coolest neighbourhoods in the world” by TimeOut, and in this space you will be in the heart of Astoria at the cross roads of Astoria’s main areas, Ditmars and Steinway. The space is located on a safe residential street filled with multifamily homes. There is a NYC bus stop right in front of the house, or you can walk 10 minutes to the NYC subway station passing through Ditmars Blvd shops and restaurants. There are convenient stores on the corner from the apartment and are open 24 hours for anything you might need.

Once inside, you will be amazed at the convenient layout of the space. There is a large common area for cooking, eating, watching TV, playing games and gathering. On the opposite side of the apartment are the two bedrooms for privacy and quiet time.

The 2 bedrooms include in window air conditioners (during the spring and summer months), ceiling fans, closets and chest of drawers. The first bedroom has a queen bed and desk with executive chair. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a daybed with trundle.

The bathroom is remodeled and filled with anything you would need during your stay. The kitchen includes cedar beams, a butcher block island with cabinets, gas stove, refrigerator, bar and all the essentials for serving and entertaining.

Across for the kitchen island and barstools is an entertaining area complete with a sofa, loveseat, 65in TV, electric fireplace and in wall a/c unit.
