We’ve lived at The Continental for years and the only reason we are moving out is because we are leaving the city. We LOVE this apartment. It’s the perfect balance between having enough space while keeping the rent manageable (for NYC standards). We actually moved into this apartment after a few years in a one bedroom in the same building, and the office and additional closet space make a world of a difference.

The home office is perfect for those who need to work from home on a regular basis like we did. We even have enough space to put a futon that can sleep two occasional visitors.

The building is wonderful, and is staffed by a great group of friendly, warm and helpful professionals. Gym, pool, yoga studio are great and convenient. Building even has a fridge up front to keep your grocery deliveries if you are not home when they arrive.

Access to subways is unrivaled. Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue lines are either literally in the corner across the street or a block away. Green line? 10 minute walk.

We are sad to go, but our loss is your gain. We (the current renters) are offering one month of free rent for those who move in prior to February 1st. That means that the $4,995 rent is effectively $4,579 on a 12-month lease.
