The Layout: Absolutely impressive! This is a happy, feel-good space! Having a living room with 3 windows in a garden rental is really special. This may be your dream garden apartment.
The KITCHEN: So user friendly and its features rock. An outstanding almost new chefs open kitchen with beautiful cabinetry, cooking island + terrific counter space will not disappoint. Oversized stainless-steel appliances include a dishwasher and microwave.
We got several images of not only this USER-FRIENDLY kitchen but different angles that show an area for a table and chairs or an additional work alcove. A very flexible living space continues to impress as you can also create a dining space that overlooks your beautiful garden while not intruding on the living room furniture that fits comfortably in its own area. The current renters have it beautifully furnished. FYI: The Dining Area is contiguous with living space but very much its own area !
The BEDROOM: One additional outstanding feature is an oversized bedroom with great scale and a " rather large almost walk-in closet." You decide whether its" walk-in or almost but nonetheless it’s very roomy + and a lot bigger than many of standard size.
The current renters needed to move out of the city. The GARDEN: Kindly review the many images we have provided. The apartment seems to get unusually nice light as you have to walk down some stairs to get to it! It’s a big garden because it’s a big 25 Ft. width townhouse. You get half of the garden, and your wonderful new neighbors get the other half. We always seem to find incredible renters who have shared their space with the neighbor for get togethers. You can BBQ and hang out. It’s a wonderful space.
