Featured on the cover of Architectural Digest, this 3,150 sq. ft. duplex loft situated in a prime Chelsea location is a true work of art. A substantial space in a converted manufacturing warehouse, famed architect Alexander Gorlin gutted the entire first level to create a voluminous open loft with soaring ceilings. Then, film & television industry production, set & architectural designer Elvis Restaino developed the loft’s aesthetic.
