-There is pretty much always a superintendent on site, and building management is very responsive.
-There are a couple of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, otherwise it tends to be a quiet industrial area.
-There are some really good lumber yards around (Rosenzweig), building supply stores, and the home depot at 149th street.

Costs:
-$3300 + utilities / month, available immediately. Lease runs until November 30th 2018. Both short term and long term uses will be considered.
A new lease could be signed thereafter but I’m not sure what the rent increase will be.
-$5600 security deposit required, which they will get back in full if the unit is maintained
-Utilities range from about $150-$500 a month depending on how much you use, summertime it goes up with AC usage. Space heaters will increase utilities significantly as well. Heating is from 7am-5pm weekdays and is included in the rent.
