The Dime at 275 South 5th St. #12D

Charney is pleased to present Collection ‘D’ at The Dime.

Designed by award-winning architecture firm Fogarty Finger, the building is a perfect example of preservation and re-invention. At its base stands the 1908 landmarked Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburg, while a 23-story residential tower that boasts health, community, and comfort rises above.

Collection ‘D’ on the 12th story floats in the sky with views of the Manhattan Skyline and Williamsburg Bridge to the West, a source of adrenaline and inspiration each morning while remaining in full tranquility. The Dime’s curvilinear form provides generous light and mesmerizing, unobstructed views to all five boroughs.

Designed with entertaining and community in mind, a selection of materials and appliances in each residence aims to establish a safer and more hygienic environment for its inhabitants.
