Approximately1375SQFT, this vintage gem is going to exceed your expectations ! The contemporary upgrades compliment the units scale and BROWNSTONE elegance. Lots to love about this sunny and roomy cooks kitchen with some nice upgrades and oodles of storage. This delightful kitchen has great appliances that include a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. The spacious 3 windowed living space with its parquet oak floors and exquisite lighting fixtures will probably quiet you quickly as you immediately calculate how to get this rental apartment signed , sealed and delivered ! I love all the amazing natural light everywhere and so much closet space and storage including a mammoth walk-in closet that is more of a small room in size with lots of extra shelving the former tenants left behind. This two bedroom plus den converts nicely to a three-bedroom as a rear windowed room has a window and door but not quite bedroom size so we’ll call it a den . Did i mention that the front master bedroom has 5 windows ! LOL Its a unique bedroom shape and actually extends into another area that was probably a den years ago but has been opened . I rarely see bedrooms this size .This room is simply luxurious in scale . I think I’ve written enough about one of the most exciting rental units in my stable and its rarely available.There is also BIKE STORAGE as you enter the rental! Owner pays heat and hot water. Pets: Owner is fine with a good ,small to medium-sized well-trained pet(1) if friendly. This one of a kind rental is a very short distance to a 24/7 subway that is convenient for F train and A train users. The preferred move-in date is September 1. The neighborhood is loaded with terrific cafes and is one of my favorite go to areas to sit outside and relax. Love it !
