Richard Habersham

Richard Habersham is the President and founder of Habersham Real Estate. He has a master’s degree in real estate development from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. Having worked as a salesperson at Corcoran Group, Douglas Elliman, Halstead, and Warburg Realty, there isn’t much that he hasn’t seen when it comes to selling townhouses, co-ops, and condos. Richard’s experience ranges widely from the sale of loft apartments in SoHo, to new development projects on Central Park and Riverside Drive. Richard’s experience in identifying and marketing a property’s most compelling aspects results in increased value for his sellers and deep savings for his buyers. Richard offers not only a solid academic understanding of the business, but also his experience in journalism and the arts brings an added value when it comes to presentation, marketing, and research. Richard currently lives in a co-op on Riverside Drive.
