So, in looking it up, I discovered it was only available in PDF form. Thought it would be useful to "cut and paste" the text for reference and also so one could search for specific terms. but where does it say what happens when they breach any of these conditions?

last clause - but good luck trying to find the REBNY constitution online!

IX. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE.
The procedure governing breaches of this Code shall be as provided in Article XII (Discipline), Section 3.(a) of the Constitution.

it depends on what size firm you work for. if you work for one of the bigger firms it means nothing, if you work for a smaller firm you get squeezed.
