According to the Observer, actors Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor have joined the ranks of high-profile residents at the star-studded 150 Charles Street in the West Village, purchasing an approximately 3,400-square-foot apartment that spans the full floor of its building. Among their new neighbors are other celebrities such as Jon Bon Jovi and Sports Illustrated model Irina Shayk.

In addition to the distinguished neighbors, the apartment has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as a stunning list of amenities truly befitting its new celebrity occupants: a separate library, white marble countertops, an eat-in kitchen, a 78-bottle wine fridge, and even floor-to-ceiling windows displaying views of the Hudson River. They paid around $15.31 million for the place, which has plenty of room for both actors as well as their two children.

The apartment was purchased under the name of Riverside Trust, which is the same trust Stiller and Taylor used to purchase their previous apartment, a 4,000-square-foot co-op on the Upper West Side. After selling that five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath place at a loss of about $1 million, it seems they’re looking for a change of scenery—and a slight downsize, by the numbers.

While this apartment is slightly smaller than their last one, its features and amenities still make it desirable.

Still, the West Village is undeniably attractive for many famous residents, which has been home to such big names as Hugh Dancy, Daniel Radcliffe, Julianne Moore, and even Yoko Ono, in its illustrious past and present.
