Update (10/13/2016): One and done! The Daily Mail is reporting via Bethenny Frankel via Snapchat, that the Skinnygirl mogul sold her Tribeca apartment in one day and — according to her listing agent, Fredrik Eklund — it went for the full asking price of $6.95M.

Original: According to Variety, Bethenny Frankel of Real Housewives of New York City fame is officially saying “get off my jock” to the Tribeca apartment she shared with ex-husband Jason Hoppy and their daughter Bryn.

The Skinnygirl mogul purchased the four-bedroom condo for $4.995M in 2011 with then-husband Jason Hoppy, launching a full-scale renovation and ultimately converting the apartment to a three-bedroom condo. Fans of the Housewives franchise will remember Frankel’s emotional response to seeing their empty closet (pictured below) for the first time during the Season 8 reunion, when the four-year long divorce was finalized at last.
The bitter divorce grew all the more contemptuous as Bethenny scrambled to find an apartment throughout Season 7 while her ex remained comfortable in the home Skinnygirl money earned. Hoppy moved out in July, and the apartment was just listed yesterday by fellow Bravolebrity Fredrik Eklund for $6.95M.
