Those rates are well below the market rates that will be charged for other 60 units in this industrial-chic building designed by S3 Architects and developed by Industrie Capital Partners. The Zinc is named after the corrugated zinc panel that defines the exterior’s design.

The building offers a gym, residents’ lounge, underground parking, movie screening room and outdoor spaces. You can look at the model apartment photos for The Brooklyn Zinc on our StreetEasy listing page. Halstead Property Marketing will handle the rental listings for market-rate apartments.
