It’s hard to quit NYC after churning out week after week of high-paced, late-night TV comedy, it seems. So count in Rachel Dratch as the latest “Saturday Night Live” alum to take another stab at the New York City real estate market.

The “Debbie Downer” inhabitant is now inhabiting a 3-bedroom apartment at The Rutherford at in Gramercy Park. According to closing documents, Dratch paid $1.5 million for the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that has a terrace overlooking Stuyvesant Park.

Among all the SNL alum and current cast members who live in the city that spawned the comedy groundbreaking show, Dratch joins Jimmy Fallon, who owns five units at the venerable 34 Gramercy Park; Seth Meyers, who purchased a $3.5 million unit in the West Village last year and Tina Fey, who picked up a spacious 4-bedroom fixer at 300 West End Ave. last year for $3.4 million.
