We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or partial refunds. Because this product is nonrefundable, and we cannot adjust your FSBO package (up or down) during the advertisement period, we encourage you to carefully consider the package you would like before you select and purchase. You’ll be able to change packages if you choose to renew your listing after the advertisement period.
Potential buyers will reach out to you via phone or email, displayed in the contact box on your listing. Emails will be sent to the address you have on file in your StreetEasy account, so be sure to double check the appropriate email is linked to your account! Regularly check your inbox and any additional folders you have, as these emails might filter to different folders depending on your email settings.
