Arlene Gutterson

I have been actively involved in the New York City real estate market for nearly two decades. I am quite familiar with most of the city's diverse neighborhoods since I've purchased and renovated apartments in Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Union Square, the Upper East Side and the Upper West Side. I am currently a resident of West Soho.

In the late 1980s, I was a sales agent and sold lofts and apartments in Soho, Tribeca, Greenwich Village and Gramercy. In 1994, I moved out of the city to raise my family in Chappaqua, New York. During that time, I spent many years as a proprietor of a technology consulting firm. As I consistently provided Fortune 500 clients with skilled talent, I gained further sales and marketing expertise.

My market savvy and ingenuity have repeatedly resulted in finding perfect homes for buyers in record time. With aggressive pricing and strategic marketing, I am able to secure premium prices for sellers, despite the competition.
