James Reed III

Reed Realty is a small boutique brokerage dedicated to helping a select group of clientele, founded by James Reed, a NYC real estate veteran. He is thankful to have a place in this industry being privy to some of the most cutting edge, desirable, envelope-pushing and record setting real estate in the world. He enjoys the challenges this business brings, loves cultivating new friendships and believes trust is not only paramount, but the cornerstone of any relationship.

Throughout his career, James has focused on educating, preparing, and delivering results for his clientele. He is well versed in condos and co-op's, specializes in finding values as well as helping people navigate this complex, easily overwhelming market. Possessing an uncanny ability to facilitate and simplify almost any property sale or search comes naturally, as does honesty, attention to detail, and patience.

James stems from a multicultural background, hails from CT and is the oldest of five. He graduated from Amherst College where he hosted a radio show, swam on the team, and played drums for the Gospel Choir. He is an Eagle Scout, an immensely proud father of two amazing little humans, and resides in New Jersey where is also licensed.
