Am I the only one that is skeptical on this? The $127 per month (no, I didn't miss any zeroes in that price), 1,000 sq ft, rent-controlled Village apartment belongs to a Blind Photographer. In case you missed it, he's a BLIND PHOTOGRAPHER. Doesn't that sound like the start of a bad joke?
