Scott Fava has worked in New York City real estate since 2005, advising buyers, sellers, and investors through some of the city’s most competitive and complex market cycles. Over two decades, he has built a reputation for steady judgment, clear communication, and thoughtful, strategic guidance.

His experience spans co-op and condo resales, townhouses, new development, investment strategy, and select commercial assignments. He regularly works with high-net-worth and public-facing clients who value discretion, preparation, and informed perspective.

While particularly well known in downtown Manhattan, Scott’s practice extends throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.
