A native New Yorker, Sandra Ripert has mastered the art of living well in Manhattan while dedicating herself to making life better for all New Yorkers. Beginning her career on Wall Street in 1986, she later founded a public relations firm that organized high-profile events across the city. Passionate about giving back, Sandra has been actively involved with City Harvest for decades—repacking food for distribution, rescuing food at the Union Square Greenmarket, and volunteering at Mobile Markets to raise awareness about food insecurity and help feed those in need. She continues to inspire friends and family to join her in supporting the city she loves.

Sandra also takes pride in her role as the "restaurant connoisseur" and Cultural Attaché at Le Bernardin, the acclaimed restaurant owned and operated by her husband, Chef Eric Ripert. Having lived in various neighborhoods—including the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, and Downtown—she has an intimate knowledge of Manhattan’s dynamic real estate market.

Drawn to real estate, Sandra transitioned from her role as an Equity Sales Trader at JPMorgan to join Douglas Elliman in 2001. Leveraging her keen research and negotiation skills, she specializes in finding the best residential properties and investment opportunities for her clients. She believes that education is key, emphasizing the importance of comparative market analysis (CMA) reports in helping sellers price their homes accurately and guiding buyers to make informed decisions.
