A native of Queens, Sarah brings a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to her career in real estate. Having lived in New York City for over two decades, she draws on her creativity and passion for the city to help buyers and renters find their perfect home. Sarah offers knowledgeable, efficient service, which makes the search process comfortable and less stressful for her clients. Personable, empathetic and hard-working, Sarah enjoys working with people and being an advocate for their needs. Always on top of market trends, Sarah makes it a point to use her industry knowledge to ensure her clients get the best results.

With a strong background in sales, Sarah truly understands customer service. She spent three years as Operations Manager at the third largest Men’s Warehouse store and two years as a personal shopper at the flagship Saks Fifth Avenue. During her years in retail, Sarah learned the importance of building relationships with her clients through honesty and clear communication.

As one of the first members of “The Litvak Team,” Sarah quickly found fulfillment in the world of real estate. She feels that there are few events more rewarding than helping someone make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Over the past four years, Sarah has not only built a successful real estate career of her own, but she has helped create one of the top real estate teams in the city.
