As a resident of the Upper East Side for the past 50 years, I am extremely familiar with the real estate market there and throughout Manhattan. I have seen the many positive improvements to the area, most recently, the completion of the Second Avenue Subway. As a former Treasurer of my Coop Board, I am intimately familiar with the financial workings of a coop and feel I can fairly represent you when you are in a position to sell your existing unit or buy another unit.
