As New Yorkers gear up for this year's St. Patrick's Day Parade, we looked at median closing prices in 2012 and 2013 along three of the city's biggest parades to find out which one has the priciest real estate. At a median sale price of $3.7 million, the St. Patrick's Day Parade comes out on top, followed by the Thanksgiving Day Parade ($2.0 million) and the Gay Pride March ($1.6 million).
