Born and raised in London, England. She holds a BA Honors Degree in Theater and has worked in major productions on both sides of the pond. Samia calls herself a 'British New Yorker' now and loves living in NYC. She has also been successful in the Fitness Industry working in top health clubs in Paris and NYC using her Sales Management, Teaching and event planning skills. 

Her love of the city, working with people and desire to hone her business skills motivated Samia to be in Real Estate several years ago. Samia was amazing!! 

Instead of using the same canned questionnaires, Samia really tries to get to know you. She has a very reliable intuition. The more feedback you provide, the better she can match your needs with her inventory. During my search, Samia produced hits after hits. 

I had a few relatively strict limitations. Samia was willing and able to negotiate with landlords on my behalf. She fought hard for the terms I wanted and was able to negotiate them into the lease. 

Samia was also incredibly responsive. I had several conversations with her both before and after showings. Samia kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided the insight necessary for decision making. She also sent useful reminder and followup emails.
