In addition to sales teams, he advises developers on critical aspects of their projects — from floorplans and finishes to marketing strategy and positioning. His dual role as both an active agent and a development consultant gives him rare insight into what today’s buyers truly want, an advantage he leverages for both his developers and his clients.
