As an attorney Boris has honed a unique set of skills that complement his real estate practice. Effective negotiating, bringing various parties together to get a deal done, communicating a complicated transaction, are all skills that he has mastered during his successful career as an attorney. The summer before starting his freshman year at the University of Richmond, Boris was determined to be the top agent at his father’s Brooklyn office. After only two months at the job, he was the top producing agent. Through meticulous research and networking, Boris built a book of business that included supers, landlords, management companies and interested tenants. During winter breaks and summers Boris returned to Brooklyn to work at his father’s company. Boris loves the challenge of New York City’s competitive real estate market. What he loves even more is getting to know his clients and building a strong, trusting relationship, which he believes is crucial when helping someone buy or sell their most important asset.
