Cathy Franklin

With over $4.5 billion of luxury co-operative, condominium and townhouse sales, Cathy Franklin is a 28-year real estate veteran and one of Manhattan's top brokerage superstars. For 2020 to date, Cathy has in excess of $143,000,000 sold or in contract. For 2019, Cathy and her team were Corcoran’s Overall Top Performance Sales Team of the Year, their sales exceeded $510,000,000. They also won Corcoran’s 2019 Deal of the Year Award. For 2018, they were Corcoran’s East Side Sales Team of the Year with their sales exceeding $200,000,000. For 2017, Cathy’s sales exceeded over $220,000,000 and they were the number three team in the corporation. Cathy was Corcoran’s Manhattan Salesperson of the Year for both 2016 and 2015. Additionally she has consistently been recognized by the WSJ and Real Trends as one of the top one-half of 1% of agents in the US and they regularly rank her among the top 10 brokers in NYC. In addition, Cathy has brokered multiple transactions in new developments throughout Manhattan. Their townhouse and their 1806 Georgian farm in the Hudson Valley have been featured prominently in Forbes, Food & Wine, WSJ and the NYT. The farm is also home of Hillrock Estate Distillery, producer of award winning field-to-glass artisanal whiskey. Cathy is a graduate of Wellesley College.
