Sarah G. Lipman has been a licensed broker in Manhattan since 2003, specializing in residential sales and 1031 exchanges.

Sarah understands the fast moving ever-fluid real estate market from all angles including property location, sales in condos and co-ops, rentals, development, space planning, renovation, and project management She has an edge in helping clients cut through the hype, remove many of the stressors that affect the process, and select a property that is a good fit. She encourages clients to explore different locations and consider various purchasing and rental options. One of Sarah’s specialties is helping clients focus and identify a list of priorities.

A native New Yorker currently living on Central Park South, Sarah attended The Brearley School and graduated from Loomis Chaffee and Brandeis University. She also earned a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Executive Coaching from the University of Sydneyy.
