Real estate for Jamie has always been about her clients - she provides outstanding service and applies her in-depth knowledge of NYC buildings and neighborhoods to every deal. With perseverance and persistence, her goal is to never miss an opportunity while guiding her clients to a successful result. She is a careful listener, patient and available, and is able to turn difficult negotiations/situations into positive outcomes. Jamie has completed many deals, and she understands the importance of pricing, staging/photography, and the analytics of the New York City real estate market. What makes Jamie really stand out though, and makes her an invaluable broker, is her warmth, honesty and her ability to analyze a situation and instinctively know best how to handle it. Jamie is a native New Yorker and grew up in Greenwich Village. She now resides on the Upper East Side with her family. Jamie has experienced firsthand the dynamic changes in real estate values and in neighborhoods. Prior to coming to Stribling & Associates, now Compass, Jamie worked in Senior Marketing & Sales positions for Fortune 500 Companies such as Estee Lauder and Christian Dior. She has a BA from Vassar College and is a very involved alumna. She has an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.
