Kelly Robinson is the Founder of One Global Advisory at Compass in New York City and Co-Founder of One Global Advisory at Driven Properties in Dubai. A 20-year industry veteran and top 1% residential real estate agent in the U.S., she has built a powerhouse 11-person team that dominates Manhattan’s luxury market. Known for pairing creative storytelling with data-driven precision, Kelly rebrands properties, transforms stalled listings into market leaders, and sets new benchmarks across both coasts and continents.
Her marketing strategy fuses analytics, artistry, and instinct; bridging the gap between high finance and high design. As a member of Compass’s Sports & Entertainment Division, REALM Global, and The Luxury Property Forum, Kelly’s global network spans elite clients who value discretion and results.
A BFA graduate of Rutgers University’s Mason Gross Conservatory and alumna of the Globe Theatre Conservatory in London, she brings stage-level creativity to every project. Kelly’s philanthropic ventures have raised significant funds for animal rescue, anti-trafficking efforts, and children’s charities, and her podcast Kelly Minds Her Manors continues her mission to connect visionaries across industries.
She also advises multiple start-ups and is currently in seed funding for a sustainable pet-products company. Off-duty, she’s happiest with her two rescue dogs, Seamus and Fiona.
