Her focus in the Manhattan and Brooklyn residential marketplace is partnering with developers and owners of all sizes to optimally represent and market their rental and sale units. Her proprietary systems and technology, coupled with her highly seasoned team, and over 50 custom marketing and sales program offerings, have lead to vacancy rates under 1% in nearly every building she has worked on. She and her team are currently consulting on, as well as exclusively representing, over two dozen residential portfolios/5000+ units. Her entire acquisition of these accounts up to this point has been purely referral based.

Before founding Mirador, Karla distinguished herself as top producer at several Manhattan firms gaining the rental and sales expertise that would lead her to not only start her own real estate firm before turning 25, but to break records by originating one of the youngest woman-owned firms in the US to exceed the million dollar level of annual sales. This combined with her past experience working in the Office of Management and Budget in the White House has animated Karla's spirited professionalism, underpinning her reputation as one of the most magnetic brokers in the city. Karla has hired, trained, and coached over 1000 agents in the past decade, and has participated with her team in the rental and sale of over 10,000 residential and commercial properties. Her side passions include derivatives trading, international travel, and meditation practice.
