Leslie O'Shea

A Manhattan native, Leslie works with a diverse range of private and institutional clients. In addition to specializing in residential transactions, Leslie has also represented a museum in New York, as well as a foreign nation procuring housing for their executives and staff.

With a client base comprised entirely of referrals, Leslie seeks to do what is in the best interest of each client, regardless of price point and duration.

Strong negotiation and problem solving skills enable Leslie to guide her clients through even the most challenging scenarios. She is known for her extremely thorough preparation of board packages and for her ability to present complex financials and purchase structures with clarity.

Leslie grew up in a real estate family and has a large personal network, including real estate developers and investors.

When she is not at her office in Manhattan, Leslie spends time at her home on the East End of Long Island with her recently adopted lab mix puppy from the Animal Rescue Fund.
