Michelle Larsen

Michelle Larsen is a REALTrends Top 1.5% of over 1.6 million Agents Nationwide who represents clients throughout Manhattan's luxury co-op, condo and townhouse markets. Known for her exceptional level of service, attention to detail, and discretion, Michelle's dedication to her clients’ success is paramount and she focuses personally on executing each transaction from beginning to closing. Loyal repeat and referral clients comprise most of Michelle’s business, which is built on the cornerstones of trust, commitment, discipline and professionalism.

Michelle's strong relationships with top real estate attorneys, managing agents, co-op board members and fellow brokers uniquely arm her to provide optimal results for her clients. Her background as a publishing executive and artist set the stage for her transition into real estate. Michelle was formerly a publishing executive employed at NASA Tech Briefs as the Advertising Manager and then at Scientific American Magazine as the Director of New Business Development. Michelle has lived in Italy and England, and traveled extensively, enhancing her global knowledge of buyers and sellers. Michelle attended SUNY New Paltz, Universitá degli Studi di Urbino, and Columbia University, majoring in painting, art history, and American Studies.

In addition to her work, Michelle is committed to supporting a number of city- based charitable institutions including Northwell/Lenox Hill Hospital where she serves on the Auxiliary Board, and is a member of the New-York Historical Society, New York Landmarks Conservancy and Carnegie Hill Neighbors. Michelle also serves on the Board of Trustees of The National Institute of Social Sciences.
