Richard Nymark

Richard has been a successful broker for over nin years, representing sellers and buyers for coops, condos, townhouses, and multi-use properties throughout Manhattan. A seasoned real estate professional, Richard Nymark brings many years of marketing, sales, and value enhancement expertise. This enables him to carefully assess buyer or seller needs and provide a customized plan to find them the right place at the right price or market a property to its fullest potential.

Richard came to real estate from a long career in real estate investment banking and real estate consulting. He spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment group (MSREF), supporting the global real estate funds of over $38 billion in assets.

Before that he was a partner in a Real Estate consulting group focused on assisting corporations and government entities in value enhancement and optimizing the use of real estate owned and leased assets. Richard also spent four years at the Lehman Brothers real estate group.

A long-time Upper East Side resident, Richard has a degree in Architecture, enjoys architecture, design, and the arts, both from personal and business perspectives.
